Upon full payment:

• You own the final deliverables created specifically for your project
• Nytrill retains rights to general methodologies, know-how, and techniques
• Third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses
• Nytrill may showcase completed work in portfolios unless otherwise agreed

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide our services "as is" and make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Compatibility with all systems
• Achievement of specific business results

We warrant that services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nytrill's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Data loss not caused by our negligence

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:

• You pay for all work completed to date
• We deliver all completed work and materials
• Confidentiality obligations continue

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by international business law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration conducted online.
